Ms. Posey reports to the Board of Directors and has ultimate managerial responsibility for the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council including financial, human resources, planning and execution. Ms. Posey works directly with the Working groups of the Council:
-Inclusive Supply Chain
-Buy Those That Buy Us TM
Additionally, Ms. Posey works closely with the Business Consortium Fund; Supplier Diversity Professionals Working Group; MBEIC; MBE Leadership Committee; MBE Executive Scholarships; and the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Ms. Posey develops partnerships to promote minority businesses and inclusive procurement/business access and opportunities among Buying-Entities as well as MBE-to-MBE opportunities.
Ms. Posey is also the Center Operator of the U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency’s Minority Business Center Dallas / Fort Worth.
Ms. Posey was recently elected by her peer presidents to chair the NMSDC Presidents Group where she sits on the NMSDC Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Andrew D. Nash

Mr. Nash reports to the President and has overall responsibility for Support Staff, Technology, D/FW MSDC Website, and is the Event Manager for ACCESS, E-Awards and the two golf tournaments. Mr. Nash is the liaison to the IT Industry Group, Council Operations Survey Group, Construction Industry Group, Council Connections; and Food & Beverage Industry Group. Through Council Connections and the Council Operations Survey Group, Mr. Nash is responsible for the implementation and execution of Construction related activities, events, general contractor member recruitment and certified supplier development. He is responsible for the Construction Directory and Plan Room. He works with TEXO and QUOIN as well as other construction advocacy organizations.
Mr. Nash was recently elected to the Arlington ISD Compliance Board of 15 members charged with overseeing the Arlington Bond Program.
