The Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council is focused on our mission and dedicated to providing our stakeholders the services they need to excel. Outlined below are our six key Strategic Imperatives.
SI 1 - INCREASE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES – Increase business opportunities and utilization of certified minority owned businesses.
SI 2 - BUILD CAPACITY – Provide tiered programming and tools to develop and grow minority business enterprise capacity.
SI 3 - BUILD ACCESS TO QUALITY (CAPABLE) MINORITY SUPPLIERS – Develop methods to reach quality minority suppliers matching the requirements of buying entity members, as well as innovative new areas.
SI 4 - ADVANCE DIVERSITY PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON MINORITY INCLUSION -- Help build and support strong diversity programs focused on minority inclusion.
SI 4 - IMPROVE ORGANIZATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE – Improve overall organizational infrastructure to meet the expectations and needs of our stakeholders.
SI 5 - RECOGNIZE AND USE BOARD MEMBERS' SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE -- Enrich and build influential business champions advocating on behalf of minority business inclusion by sharing board member expertise across platforms.
